Welcome to our Victorian row house. The low profile house built in 1901 is private & residential with fun eclectic ambiance.

It has a secret garden, a hideaway from the hustle bustle of everyday NYC and yet very convenient to commute to Manhattan daily.

Here we HOST friends, extended family, friends of friends, and family friends from all over the world.

We HOST assigned students from affiliated Language schools.

We are NOT open to the general public. (example. Bed & Breakfast, Hostel, etc...).
